スタッフで知られるギタリストのコーネル・デュープリーの

初リーダーアルバムで1971年作

スタッフよりブルースぽくって難しいフレーズではなく

フレーズで歌って聞かせるのが素晴らしい

デュプリーは1960年代前半にキング･カーティスのキングピンズに参加

それからは、アトランティック･レコードのセッションギタリストとして

活動を開始し、アレサ･フランクリンのバンドにも長らく在籍

ダニー・ハサウェイの「ライヴ」にも参加していました
